County employees had an opportunity to participate in the first Employee Engagement & Well-Being Survey in fall 2018. Based on results, the Countywide focus for 2019 includes supporting departments with action planning efforts on three opportunities for growth:
- Recognition and praise
- Encouraging employee development
- Leveraging the Wellness Champion Network
