The County of Santa Clara is providing free ongoing weekly classes to help you practice mindfulness, reduce stress, and increase calm in your life. You can access these virtual classes from anywhere. Take time to practice self-care by joining a class today. See class descriptions below. For County of Santa Clara employees. Please note, classes are not offered during County holidays.

Meditation and Mindfulness: Learn how to reduce stress and gain peace of mind through meditation and mindfulness practice.

Qigong: Qigong is an energy cultivation practice that boosts immunity, mood, and creativity. 

Tai Chi: Tai Chi is a movement-based form of Qigong, known for health benefits like improving flexibility and balance.

Yoga: The practice of yoga uses breathing, movement, and meditation to calm the mind, body, and spirit.
